Our second dive today is in Jahir I, named after the one of the pioneer Indonesian dive guides, Jahir! It was spectacular. I’m running out of superlatives here and pretty soon, I’m going to sound boring. Too much of !!!!! Third dive was in Airbajo I. Here are some pictures to show what our underwater adventure this day was like:

Harlequin or Ornate ghost pipefish (Solenostomus paradoxus) looking very pretty against a sponge

Perfect art in nature. A star shaped pincushion starfish (Culcita novaeguinea)

Baby flamboyant cuttlefish (Metasepia pfefferi) soooo very cute. “Where’s my mommy?”

Pretty in Pink. Painted frogfish (Antennarius pictus) on a pink sponge

Tiny Allied cowrie (Phenacovolva angasi) on a whip coral with open feeding polyps

A big Orangutan crab (Achaeus Japonicus) on a sponge

A Pygmy cuttlefish (Sepia bandensis) trying to hide under a leaf

Big Zebra crab (Zebrida adamsii) on a Fire urchin (Asthenosoma varium)
